## How to Apply
Jumpstart your career by exploring the opportunities on our careers page. Please note that we only accept applications submitted through our official application form for advertised roles. We do not accept CVs due to the specific nature of the job. Our forms are meticulously designed to gather all the necessary information required to assess your suitability and to protect applicants from unauthorised representatives.
## The Application Process
### Stage 1: Initial Application
Begin your application journey by filling out our official application form available on our careers page. This crucial step ensures your legal eligibility to work in the UK, especially if you’re transitioning from another organization or immigration status. Our Recruitment Team will thoroughly review your submission, which should encapsulate your complete work or study history over the last ten years, with clear explanations for any periods of absence. We will contact candidates who align with our criteria to move forward in the assessment process.
### Stage 2: Background Verification
Following your application, our Recruitment Team will conduct necessary pre-assessment checks. This step is vital for ensuring the safety and support of vulnerable adults in our care. It includes an extensive verification of your personal information and right to work status. You will be sent a supplementary questionnaire as part of your initial evaluation, which you must return within 14 days to advance in the selection process. We will keep you informed about the outcome of Stage 2 and the subsequent steps if you are successful.
### Stage 3: Interview
Once we’ve completed the necessary checks and you’ve been shortlisted, you will receive an interview invitation detailing the time and location. If applying within the UK, you may be invited to our offices for a face-to-face interview. For applicants abroad, we will arrange an interview via a suitable video platform. Along with the invitation, you will receive a comprehensive job description, our referencing guide, and an onboarding flowchart to prepare you for the next stages of our hiring process.
### Stage 4: Starting with Us
After completing all checks and accepting our employment offer, we will arrange for you to receive training in the UK. You will need to apply for your visa (if not already done) and schedule your flight to the UK to coincide with the start of your training. Our onboarding process is carefully designed to ensure a seamless transition into our team. You will need to provide evidence of your right to work and stay in the UK, training certificates, and confirmed references.
### Stage 5: Training and Assessment Week
Upon your arrival in the UK, our team will greet you at the airport and support you as you settle in. You’ll undergo a 4-6 week training programme, including the Care Certificate and mandatory training, to prepare you for your role. Your trainer will assess your performance and behaviour during this period, and passing these assessments is crucial to your employment with us.
## Make a Difference Every Day
By pursuing a career with S & N Care Ltd, you’re not just taking on a job—you’re making a meaningful impact every day. We are excited about the possibility of welcoming you to our team.
